Weichert Executives Named to the 2022 Swanepoel Power 200

Jim Weichert, James Weichert Jr. and Bill Scavone have again been selected for the 2022 Swanepoel POWER 200, further cementing their position as three of “The Most Powerful People in the Residential Real Estate Brokerage Industry.”
Jim Weichert, founder of Weichert Companies, along with his son and vice chairman, James Weichert Jr., share the #35 spot on the list. This is Jim’s ninth consecutive appearance on the POWER 200 and James’ third alongside his father.
Scavone, the president and COO of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., moved up an impressive 36 slots from last year landing at #73, as he makes his fifth straight appearance on the list.

Scavone’s ranking on the POWER 200 coincides with two additional accolades for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates. The company has been named one of the “Top 200 Best Franchises” in the country by Franchise Business Review for the seventh year in a row – a ranking based solely on franchisee satisfaction and performance – and Entrepreneur magazine named Weichert Real Estate Affiliates as one of the top 500 franchises across the United States and Canada for the 18th straight year on its 43rd annual “Franchise 500®” ranking.

The Swanepoel POWER 200 is published each January by T3 Sixty, a real estate research and management consulting firm. T3 Sixty uses a rigorous three-part methodology to rank leaders with the aid of organizational charts and proprietary data from leaders and their representatives and the firm’s Mega 1000 report, the annual ranking of industry brokerages, franchisors and holding companies by size. T3 Sixty analyzes more than 3,000 industry CEOs, executives and leaders to build each year’s list.
