3/12/2018

Denise Smith, president of affiliated services and senior vice president of administration for the Weichert Companies, is pleased to announce that Beverly Randolph Meaux has been named vice president of business development for Weichert, Realtors. In this newly created position, Meaux will be responsible for developing, leading and managing the execution of the company’s sales force recruitment strategy and will also provide oversight of its real estate schools and career development function.

“I am excited to welcome Beverly to the Weichert team and to work with her to grow our real estate sales force,” said Smith. “Her broad experience in many areas of the real estate industry will prove beneficial as she works hand-in-hand with our other executives to attract talented real estate professionals to our organization by highlighting all of the benefits of a career at Weichert.”

Meaux brings 15 years of real estate experience to Weichert, serving first as a real estate sales associate and later as a team leader with Keller Williams Realty, where she also served as a real estate instructor, trainer and business coach. Prior to her real estate career, Meaux held public relations and employee communications positions with IBM, Sony Electronics and Thirteen/WNET. Meaux earned an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Rutgers University.

“I joined Weichert because of its rich history as a family-owned and -operated real estate company,” said Meaux. “When recruiting sales professionals to join an organization, it’s imperative to believe in what you are selling. The integrity, authenticity and warmth I have experienced at Weichert tells me that it’s a place where real estate agents can prosper. I look forward to helping more people learn what Weichert has to offer.”

Weichert recently launched its Weichert Evolution brand campaign, which was designed to enhance its overall branding and provide additional tools and resources to help bring Weichert sales associates to a new level of success. The first phases of the ongoing campaign included a series of updated personal and company marketing materials that set Weichert sales associates apart in the industry, a digital platform for customizing the new marketing materials, and other associate support tools, training and systems.

“As an organization run by real estate sales professionals, we never lose sight of how to help our sales associates be more productive and grow their businesses,” said James Weichert, president of Weichert, Realtors. “Beverly will be an integral part in sharing our new Weichert Evolution with the real estate community, and I am eager to see the results of her efforts.”
