Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Adds 12 New Offices Nationwide During 3rd Quarter of 2016

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. announced that it added 12 new offices across the country to its national franchise network during the third quarter of 2016. The continued growth of the nationally recognized real estate brand was driven largely by the South and Midwest regions, which accounted for 10 out of the 12 new offices added.

 Third quarter growth also saw the addition of Weichert-affiliated offices in other parts of the country, including a 15th office in New York. The Morris Plains-headquartered franchisor also continued to expand its footprint out West, with the addition of its third affiliate office in Arizona, a real estate market that continues to rebound after being hit hard by the market’s recession.
