Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Adds 20 New Offices Nationwide During 2nd Quarter of 2016

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. announced that it added 20 new offices across the country to its national franchise network during the second quarter of 2016. The Midwest saw the most significant increase in new offices, with nearly half of them located in Illinois, Indiana and Minnesota.

 Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. also continued to grow its franchise footprint out West, with its first office in Western Colorado and a third office in Nevada, which continues to rebound after being one of the hardest hit real estate markets of the recession.

 Other Weichert® affiliated offices that opened during the second quarter of the year are located in New York, Oklahoma, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina and Texas. With second quarter growth, Weichert has increased its affiliated offices across the country by 17 percent compared to the same time last year.
