Lisa Rodriguez Joins Weichert Workforce Mobility as Vice President, Midwestern U.S. Region

6/28/2016

Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of global talent deployment solutions, announced that Lisa Rodriguez has joined the company as regional vice president for the Midwestern United States.

In this role, Rodriguez will oversee operational activities and spearhead strategic development in her region. Core responsibilities will include engaging and developing staff to ensure Legendary Service experiences, serving as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and helping to identify new business and partnership opportunities. Working out of the company’s Center of Excellence in Chicago, Rodriguez will report directly to Executive Vice President Vicki Lander.

Throughout the last 20 years, Rodriguez has worked extensively in HR and workforce mobility with a special focus on global and domestic program management, talent development, client and vendor relations, business process improvement, stakeholder communication, performance tracking and change management. She comes to Weichert Workforce Mobility from Civis Analytics where she served as vice president of operations. Prior to that, she worked as senior director of operations at Aon, overseeing global talent deployment, and spent six years at Abbott Laboratories in a number of increasingly strategic HR leadership roles.

Complementing her professional experience, Rodriguez is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.

“Lisa’s rich background in workforce mobility and talent management will make her a valuable partner to companies seeking to build greater synergy between these two disciplines,” said Lander. “I have no doubt that her leadership skills, enthusiasm and innovative insight will drive positive outcomes for our colleagues, clients and service partners.”

“It’s an exciting and rewarding time to be part of this company,” said Rodriguez. “There’s an incredible amount of positive buzz surrounding Weichert in our industry, and I look forward to collaborating with my new colleagues to build upon that momentum.”
