Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Added 43 New Offices, Doubled Expansion Efforts in 2014

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise division of Weichert, Realtors®, continued its rapid nationwide growth in 2014, including the opening of its first office in Nevada. In total, Weichert added 43 new offices last year and grew at twice the rate it did in 2013. 

“We are happy to welcome these talented sales teams to our franchise network,” said Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (WREA). “Under the Weichert banner, they will be able to access our tools and resources, use them to provide better service to customers and offer more opportunities for their sales agents to succeed.” 

Specific areas of growth for WREA in 2014 include Upstate New York, where new affiliates joined in Albany, Buffalo and Watertown, and Southern California which added four new Weichert franchises. The company also expanded its presence last year in major markets in Florida, Tennessee and Michigan, among others.
