Weichert Corporate Housing Earns High Marks in Nationwide Survey

Weichert Corporate Housing, a leading provider of temporary accommodations and furnished apartments, earned high service marks from corporate buyers of relocation services according to the results of a prominent workforce mobility survey.
In the 2014 Relocation Managers’ Survey on Relocation Mortgage, Spouse/Partner/Family Services and Corporate Housing Service Industries, conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, Weichert Corporate Housing performed well above the industry average in several key categories, earning high scores from HR managers who purchase these services for their mobile employees.

Weichert Corporate Housing achieved the top score and was the only company among all competitors to earn an “excellence” rating in two critical categories: “range of locations and selection of units” and “technology,” the latter reflecting both the system used by mobile employees to research properties and the reporting system available to mobility managers.

Weichert Corporate Housing also earned a top two ranking in the categories “overall satisfaction,” “transferee satisfaction” and “loyalty.” In the “loyalty” category, respondents were asked if they expected to still be working with their current provider a year from now; Weichert was one of only three firms receiving overwhelmingly positive scores from the clients they serve—well above the industry average.
