Kim Raymond Joins Weichert Relocation Resources as Vice President, Global Business Development

Weichert Relocation Resources Inc., a leader in workforce mobility management, announced that Kim Raymond has joined the company as vice president, global business development. Reporting to Jim Schneider, Weichert’s executive vice president, Raymond will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and helping companies optimize the global deployment and management of mission-critical talent.

Raymond has over 25 years of global workforce mobility management and sales experience, with a focus on advising HR leaders in navigating the challenges of effective human capital management and deployment. He formerly served as senior manager in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services practice, where he led the growth and markets team and managed the firm’s largest co-sourced account, one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers. Prior to that, he served as executive director of global sales at Ernst & Young, where he was a key architect of the firm’s Global Mobility outsourcing service, and sold and managed the firm’s largest co-sourced account, a world leader in mobile communications. He has also held senior leadership positions at several relocation management companies. 

Raymond’s global business acumen also encompasses extensive work abroad through short- and long-term international assignments in the UK, Germany and Finland. This first-hand understanding of the expatriate experience informs his approach to building successful global workforce mobility programs.
