Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Adds Six New Offices To National Franchise Network

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise division of Weichert, Realtors^®, continues to raise its profile throughout the country with the addition of six new franchise offices to its growing network. The new Weichert offices are located in key markets within Florida, Maryland, Michigan and Massachusetts.

The new affiliate that joined the Weichert network is:

• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Metropolitan Boston Real Estate: Broker/Owner Michael Albano and Managing Partner Eden Edwards look forward to using the Weichert, Realtors brand to enable them to compete for more business and better listings, as well as to assist them in recruiting top agents and delivering more to their customers within the greater Boston market.

In addition, the following Weichert affiliates added new sales offices:

• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - New Colony: Broker David Vane and Manager Michael McKenna announced the opening of a second office in the Columbia, Md., area to accommodate the company’s administrative staff and property management division, along with a portion of its sales team.

• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Hallmark Properties: Broker/Owner Steve Pilchick announced the addition of two new Florida offices: one in Fort Lauderdale and one in Palm Bay. With the opening of these locations, the Orlando-based company consists of 18 offices throughout Central, South and East Coast Florida.

• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Cass Realty: Broker/Owner Ron LaCasse announced the addition of a second office in Novi, a nearby suburb of Dearborn, Mich., where the company is headquartered.

• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Best Beach Real Estate: Co-owners Abraham Chehebar and Alberto Bassal announced the opening of a new office located in Fort Lauderdale. This opening marks the third office owned by Weichert, Realtors – Best Beach Real Estate. The company’s other locations are in Miami and Miami Beach.
