Weichert Relocation Resources Achieves High Customer Service Ratings

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J.  –Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI), a global leader in relocation, cross-border and assignment management solutions, has earned high service marks with both buyers of relocation services and relocating employees according to the results of two prominent workforce mobility surveys.

HRO Today Magazine’s Relocation Bakers Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey saw WRRI earn the number one ranking in the critical “quality of service” category, outranking all other relocation companies based on responses from HR and procurement professionals.

In Trippel Survey & Research’s Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey, WRRI earned a higher percentage of “top block” service scores than any other relocation company, based on data collected from 7,325 relocated employees from 117 companies.

WRRI was also the only relocation company to be ranked among the top three companies in both the Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey and HRO Today’s Relocation Bakers Dozen.

HRO Today’s Relocation Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey is an annual survey of buyers of corporate relocation services throughout North America, who are asked to gauge their overall satisfaction with the service they receive from their relocation management companies.

The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey is conducted annually by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, to objectively evaluate customer satisfaction levels with the services provided by relocation management companies. “Top block” service scores reflect scores of 9 or 10, with 10 representing the highest level of satisfaction.
