New Weichert Program Helps Agents Turn Listings into Leads

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert, Realtors recently introduced Weichert LeadLink, a unique program that simplifies the marketing process for new listings and generates more leads for sales associates.  Developed in conjunction with Quantum Digital, a complete online service provider for digital print, direct mail and multi-channel marketing, Weichert LeadLink automatically generates a Just Listed card for each new Weichert listing.

When a new listing is entered into the MLS, Weichert LeadLink pulls relevant data and key photos into a pre-set Just Listed direct mail template.  The listing sales associate then receives an email allowing them to preview the template and place an immediate order.  Postcards are then mailed to 50 addresses that surround the home, helping sales associates increase marketing recognition in the neighborhood. 

 

The Just Listed cards contain a web address and a unique code that directs recipients to a customized Web page, generated by Weichert LeadLink.  Visitors to the web site can view additional details or request further information by filling out a simple contact form.  The system then provides real-time leads to sales associates via email, including a notification for every person who visits the web site and another for those who fill out the form.
