Weichert Relocation Resources' Pre-Decision Services Help Companies Overcome Employee Reluctance

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI), one of the world’s leading relocation and assignment management companies, has launched an expanded suite of pre-decision services to help employers better assess the potential costs and risks of each move and boost offer acceptance rates among the most desired job candidates.
In today’s recessive economy, a growing number of employees and new hires are pulling out of planned relocations once they discover that they could face a loss on the sale of their homes. WRRI’s pre-decision services combat this trend, taking proactive steps to ensure that employees know the financial implications of the move before committing to it. Through one-on-one pre-decision counseling, employees gain a richer understanding of the company’s benefits package, while a detailed home value analysis sets realistic expectations as to what the departure home is worth.
