WRRI UK Office Achieves ISO Certification for Thirteenth Consecutive Year

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ -- Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI), a global leader in relocation, cross-border and assignment management solutions, announced that its EMEA Operations Center in Crawley, UK, has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification, the newest internationally-recognized standard for quality management systems developed by the International Organization for Standardization.
WRRI’s EMEA Operations Center has held ISO certification for thirteen consecutive years, having initially earned this coveted distinction in 1996.

WRRI’s ISO 9001:2008 certification, achieved after an extensive audit process, provides objective verification that the quality systems in place for the delivery of relocation and assignment services at WRRI’s UK office meet or exceed the most stringent regulatory and customer requirements. Specific services covered by this certification include home search, home sale, cost analysis, tenancy management, property management and assignment management.
Adherence to standards such as ISO 9001:2008 is part of WRRI’s companywide Quality Management System, which also includes using the Balanced Scorecard to accelerate and track progress toward critical corporate and customer service goals.
