Weichert Executives Recognized as Most Influential Real Estate Leaders

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Jim Weichert, founder and president of Weichert, Realtors®, and Michael Montsko, president of Weichert Lead Network, have been selected for the Inman News list of the ‘100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders’ for 2008.
As a member of the real estate industry’s “best and brightest,” Jim Weichert is recognized in the ‘Brokerage’ category, which includes company leaders who have impacted and inspired real estate professionals through their words and actions. Weichert’s numerous accomplishments include nearly 40 years of sales experience and the development of Weichert, Realtors from a single office in 1969 to one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the nation.
Joining Weichert on Inman News’ list of influential real estate leader is Michael Montsko, president of Weichert Lead Network. Montsko is acknowledged in the ‘Technology and Online Real Estate’ grouping, which is reserved for individuals in technology development who have changed the way that real estate professionals conduct business. Montsko is honored for his oversight of the Weichert Lead Network, a program that Inman News said helped Weichert “take the lead in lead generation and conversion processes a few years back.”
