Weichert New Homes Names Kronenfeld Regional Vice President, Ocean Region

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Giovanna E. Pergola, Executive Vice President of Weichert New Homes, has announced the appointment of Suzanne Kronenfeld as Vice President for the company’s Ocean Region, encompassing Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean Counties, N.J.
In her new role, Kronenfeld will oversee business development for Weichert New Homes throughout the Ocean Region. Additionally, she will coordinate marketing efforts for Weichert New Homes’ clients while providing sales support and management to on-site sales associates.

Prior to joining Weichert New Homes, Kronenfeld was a sales associate/broker at the Weichert, Realtors office in Marlboro, N.J. where she recently received the prestigious Committee Service Award from the New Jersey Shore Builders Association. Kronenfeld began her career in real estate as a sales associate in 1998. Prior to her start in real estate, she worked at several industry-leading advertising firms in New York City, coordinating the media planning for large-scale clients.
