Weichert New Homes Recognized for Its Industry Excellence by the Community Builders Association

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Giovanna E. Pergola, Executive Vice President of Weichert New Homes, is pleased to announce that Weichert New Homes was recently honored by the Community Builders Association of New Jersey (CBANJ) with several awards recognizing its continued industry excellence in new homes sales and marketing achievements.

               

Maria Campanella, Vice President New Homes for Northern Jersey, received the Sales Manager of the Year award for her outstanding work, which included the marketing of over 40 new communities and providing advanced training to her associates.

 

Nancy Bozzi was named Co-Sales Person of the Year for her exceptional sales volume and dedication to her work.   The Sales Team of the Year was presented to the Weichert New Homes team of Will Gregory Taylor, Rivka Biegacz, Elaine Mosera, and Ernest Maynor for their exceptional sales achievement.  Rochelle Askinazi of Weichert New Homes was recognized with the award for Special Achievement in New Home Sales.  A dedicated professional, Askinazi was recognized for her excellent customer relation skills and commitment to her clients.

 

In addition, Weichert New Homes attained the highest number of Million Dollar Sales Club winners for the second consecutive year – a total of 52 sales associates.  At the Bronze Level for new home sales, 19 Weichert associates were recognized.  For the Silver Level of sales, 22 Weichert associates were represented.  There were six Gold Level achievers from Weichert who attained dollar volumes from $5,000,000 to $9,999,999.  A total of five Platinum Level winners, reaching dollar volumes of $10,000,000 or more, were also from Weichert.
