New Weichert Financial Services Division Brings Enhanced Services to Weichert, Realtors® Franchisees

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Financial Services, an affiliate of Weichert, Realtors®, has created a new division dedicated to providing enhanced mortgage financing, title insurance, and other move-related services to the 317 franchise offices of Weichert, Realtors in 31 states. The new Affiliate Solutions Group will work hand in hand with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the rapidly expanding franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, to establish these services as a core value proposition.
Stephen Adamo, president of Weichert Financial Services, said that the new division would enable Weichert franchisees to provide “a greater level of service and a more satisfying customer experience.”
“Affiliate owners and their sales associates can now offer their customers an expanding array of time-saving, one-stop shopping solutions available under Weichert Gold® Services – a program that solidly established its value in Weichert, Realtors’ company-owned offices,” said Adamo.
With the formation of the Affiliate Solutions Group, Weichert Financial Services enhanced the performance guarantees associated with the Gold Services program. Along with a mortgage credit decision typically within 24 hours, franchise-office customers securing financing through Weichert Financial Services may be eligible to enjoy a guaranteed closing date backed by a $1,000 credit toward mortgage-related closing costs if Weichert Financial Services fails to meet that date. If the home buyer also uses Weichert Title Services for their title insurance needs, the performance guarantee backing the closing date increases to $5,000. The performance guarantee is available to qualified borrowers and may not be available in all areas.
The Affiliate Solutions Group, headquartered in New Jersey, will have a growing field force fully versed in every aspect of delivering a quality Gold Services experience locally. Earlier, it was announced that Richard Gregory is heading the new division as vice president.
