3/27/2007

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Vincent Carida, senior vice president, global business development, announced that Richard Gregory has joined Weichert Financial Services as vice president, affiliate business development.

As vice president, Gregory will assume overall responsibility for establishing Weichert Financial Services and Weichert Title Services, LLC, as a core value proposition for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the rapidly growing franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®.   Gregory’s focus will be on providing mortgage, title, insurance, and other one-stop-shopping solutions offered under the Weichert Gold® Services program to affiliated Weichert real estate offices throughout the U.S.

“We’re excited to have Rick onboard,” Carida said. “He brings a proven track record, a wealth of strategic vision, and a high degree of energy.  His appointment to this key mission communicates a strong message affirming our commitment to delivering top solutions to Weichert franchisees.”
