Weichert, Realtors® Adds Eleven Franchise Offices in Florida

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors ®, continues its explosive growth in the Sunshine State with the openings of 10 affiliated locations in the greater Tallahassee coastal area as well as an office in New Port Richey.
The newest of 75 independently owned Weichert® franchises in Florida were welcomed by Martin J. The new Weichert affiliates are:

Broker/Owner Olivier Monod is president of the 40-year-old former Anchor Realty & Mortgage Co., an area powerhouse named “Best Real Estate Company in Tallahassee” by the readers of Tallahassee Magazine.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – All Professional, New Port Richey, Fla. The former Love Buying® Florida LLC is owned by Broker Walter Lamerton and Realtor/Office Manager Susan Lamerton.
