Four More Weichert Franchise Offices Open in Georgia and Texas

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues its nation-wide expansion with the openings of franchise offices in the Georgia communities of LaFayette, Norcross, and Rossville, and in Flower Mound, Texas.
The four new Weichert® affiliates are:
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® – 1ST Choice, LaFayette and Rossville, Ga. Formerly known as Anchor Realty, this two-office company serving Walker and Catoosa Counties in Georgia and Greater Chattanooga, Tenn., is owned by Melissa Harrison and Jay Neal. George Huey, co-founder of the agency, is broker of record for both locations.
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® – The Genesis Group, Norcross, Ga. The husband-and-wife team of David Still, broker of record, and Elizabeth Still, manager, are the owners of Weichert’s fifth Atlanta area franchise.
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® – All Points Properties, Flower Mound, Texas. Weichert’s fourth Dallas/Fort Worth area franchise is owned by Wayne Ford and Debra Harrell. Connie Niedzwiecki is broker of record.
