Weichert, Realtors® Adds Three Affiliated Offices in Midwest and Pennsylvania

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, has announced that former independents in Wheaton, Ill., in Overland Park, Kan., and in Harrisburg, Pa., have become Weichert® affiliates.
Marty Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, welcomed the three new franchise offices to the company’s growing roster and said, “It is exciting to bring aboard high-caliber companies like these who will use our systems and support to bring a new level of service to their respective markets.”
The three new Weichert affiliates are:
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Kingsland Properties, Wheaton, Ill. Broker Jeff Ristine and Phil Passon are the co-owners of Weichert’s first-ever franchise in the Chicago area. The former Kingsland Properties was founded in 1982.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Sharon Sigman Five Star, Overland Park, Kan. Broker Sharon Sigman has partnered with Realtor/Manager Eric Matthews and Jani Bryson, marketing and management consultant, in co-ownership of this new affiliate serving the two-state Kansas City market.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – First Choice, Harrisburg, Pa. The former Homes of Central PA is owned by Broker Steven D. Scheib.
