Under the terms of the agreement, C.R.S., which was formerly owned by Paxton Van Lines, will remain a separate legal entity, ensuring consistency and continuity of service for its existing clients.
The acquisition accelerates Weichert’s diversification into the government market segment, a move which is expected to drive significantly increased revenues and profits.
