Weichert, Realtors® Expands in New York with Two More Franchise Offices

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, has expanded its presence in the New York City area with the openings of franchise offices in Brooklyn and Riverdale, N.Y.
Welcoming the new affiliates, Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, said, “As we grow throughout New York City’s boroughs and neighboring towns, we are excited about the enhanced level of service these new affiliations can provide to the public.”
The two new affiliates are:
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Property Works, Brooklyn, N.Y. Broker Steve Boudourakis, a native New Yorker, is the owner of this new Brooklyn agency.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – House & Home, Riverdale, N.Y. Broker Joe Greene and Cevin Soling are partners in this new agency located in the closest northern suburb of New York City.
Weichert offices in New York State now total 53, including 11 company-owned and 42 franchise offices.
