Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Names Hill Area Vice President, Midwest

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, has announced that Kevin Hill of Indianapolis has joined the company as Area Vice President, Midwest.
In his new position, Hill will support Midwest Regional Vice President Mack McAleer in the development of franchises throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and parts of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Weichert®, Hill, who holds an Indiana real estate license, advanced from franchise sales manager to director to assistant regional vice president of another major real estate franchise company – in Indianapolis, Chicago, and Phoenix, respectively.
Hill entered the marketing field as vice-president of telemarketing for ILX Resorts Inc./Varsity Clubs of America. He went on to do sales consulting for Smith Kline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, before founding Destinations4Less.com, Inc., an Internet travel company in South Bend, Ind., which he directed for four years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing from Memphis State University.
