Weichert, Realtors® Adds Two More Franchise Offices in South Carolina and Texas

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues to expand across the South and West with the addition of franchise offices in Rock Hill, S.C., and San Antonio, Texas.

The two new Weichert® affiliates are:
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Five Star Realty, Rock Hill, S.C. The husband-and-wife team of Franki Miktuk, broker of record, and Scott Miktuk, a builder, are the owners of the 21st Weichert franchise to open in the Palmetto State.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Lisa Kaye & Associates, San Antonio, Texas. Lisa Kaye is the owner and Patrick E. “Pat” Turner is the broker of record for the first Weichert franchise in San Antonio and the 11th in Texas.
