Weichert, Realtors® Adds Three More Affiliated Offices In New York

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues to strengthen its presence in New York State with the opening of franchise offices in Jamaica, Lake Placid and Westport.
Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, welcomed the new affiliates, saying, “We are delighted that these established companies have joined our New York roster, bringing their fine standing in the real estate community to our family of respected companies.”
The new Weichert® affiliates are:
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Elite Associates, Jamaica, N.Y. This Queens agency owned by Brokers William F. Becker and Nami Shin, along with attorney Burt Stutchin, is now one of 26 Weichert affiliates serving the five Boroughs.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Venture North Associates, Lake Placid and Westport, N.Y. The husband-and-wife team of Bruce Ware, broker, and Carolyn Ware, own the nearly 30-year-old company.
These new affiliations bring the total number of Weichert® offices in the Empire State to 52, including 11 company-owned and 41 franchise offices.
