Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Taps Sullivan As Northern New England Sales Director

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Shannon Sullivan of Salem, Mass., has been named Sales Director, Northern New England for Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®. 

The appointment was announced by the franchise organization’s president, Martin J. Rueter, who said that Sullivan will develop franchise opportunities throughout the Boston area, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. 

Sullivan brings to her new position a diversified real estate background that includes sales, recruiting, management, and consulting. Most recently, she was manager of career development and recruiting at Eastern Massachusetts Real Estate, dba/Carlson GMAC and Kinlin Grover GMAC Real Estate throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Earlier, as an agent there, she was a major contributor to increasing the company’s broker-to-broker referrals. Prior to that, Sullivan handled 3^rd-party corporate client coordination for Total Relocation Solutions, Marshfield, MA.
