Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Adds Four Offices in Florida, New York and Tennessee

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, has announced the addition of affiliated offices in Miami, Fla., in Bay Shore and West Sayville, N.Y., and in Goodlettsville, Tenn.
Welcoming the new franchisees to Weichert’s growing roster of more than 240 signed offices in 22 states, Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, said, “We’re pleased to have these respected companies come aboard and look forward to a long affiliation that will bring enhanced service to their respective markets.”
The new Weichert affiliates are:
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® – NuStar Associates, Miami, Fla. Broker of Record Miriam Senor and Oniel Graveran are the owners of this 9-year-old company, which is Weichert’s 71st affiliate in the Sunshine State.
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® – Dutch Door, Bay Shore and West Sayville, N.Y. Established nearly 35 years ago, this newest Weichert affiliate on Long Island is owned by Brokers Pam Llobell-Korinek and Matthew Arnold. Llobell-Korinek is the broker of record.
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Ron Gregory Sales & Auction, Goodlettsville, Tenn. The seventh Weichert affiliate in Tennessee, this 13-year-old company in the greater Nashville area is owned by Realtor/auctioneer Ron Gregory. Frank Hemphill is broker of record.
