The two new franchisees are:
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Carr & Associates, Pleasant View, Tenn., broker/owner Stephen Carr’s 7-year-old agency is the Weichert franchise organization’s first affiliate in the Nashville area.
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Cote Group, Cypress, Texas. This 3-year-old agency under broker/owner John Davis, Jr. is Weichert’s newest Houston area affiliate.
