Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Promotes Stovall and Holst

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. -- Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the rapidly growing franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, has announced two promotions in its Southeastern Region.

 

  • Shawn Stovall was appointed Area Vice President.  In his new position, Stovall will work closely with Senior Vice President Bill Scott on the continued expansion of the franchise organization in the Carolinas, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and Mississippi.  Earlier this year, Stovall was honored for bringing the most new franchises to the Weichert® organization in 2005.  Prior to his promotion, he served as Senior Director, Franchise Affiliation.  Stovall joined the Weichert franchise in 2002.
  • John Holst was named to the new position of Senior Director of Franchise Sales. Holst recently was honored as the franchise arm’s top “gross commission income” producer in 2005 – the second consecutive year he was so recognized.  Holst joined Weichert Real Estate Affiliates in 2003 to direct sales in the central and northern regions of Florida.  Previously, he was Director, Regional Development.
