MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s (PwC) Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice in the United States. The transaction was finalized on Thursday, June 1, 2006.
This acquisition positions Weichert Relocation Resources as the country’s leading assignment management and expatriate administration service provider, offering customers access to an unmatched team of global workforce mobility experts, enhanced technology and deepened end-to-end assignment management capabilities including tax compliance.
