Weichert Financial Services Promotes Goodman to Sr. Vice President of Title Services

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. -- Fred Watkins, President of Weichert Financial Services, announces the recent appointment of Barbara Goodman as Sr. Vice President of Title Services.  In this newly created position, Goodman will oversee title operations in New Jersey, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania.  She joined the company in August of 1996 and has been with the Pennsylvania operation of Weichert Closing Services for the past ten years.

Prior to joining the Weichert family of companies, Goodman served as Vice President and Branch Manager of Fidelity National Title and Vice President and General Manager of Pennsylvania Abstract Company.  She is a licensed Title Insurance Agent in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute.  She also holds a certificate from Penn State University as a Paralegal in Real Estate.
