Weichert, Realtors® Adds Two New Franchise Offices in Florida

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. -- Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues to expand in Florida with the addition of franchise offices in Madeira Beach and Pembroke Pines, bringing the total number of signed Weichert offices in the state to 75. 

 

Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, said as he welcomed the new affiliates to the growing organization, “We are extremely fortunate to be joined by these companies, who bring with them such rich knowledge of their communities.”

 

The two new affiliates are:

 

  • WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Sun Sand & Sea Homes, Madeira Beach, FL.  Bobbie Kaplan is owner/broker of this office, the second WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Sun Sand & Sea Homes office in the area.
  • WEICHERT, REALTORS® - International Group, Pembroke Pines, FL.  Carl Noriega, Patricia Noriega and Romy Recio are owners; Patricia Noriega is broker of record.
