Weichert, Realtors® Adds Two New Franchise Offices in Texas

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc, the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, expands further in Texas with the opening of additional franchise offices in Coppell and Houston.
Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, said as he welcomed the new affiliates to the growing organization, “Bringing our presence in Texas to 10 signed offices, these companies allow us to extend our excellent real estate services to more of the state’s homebuyers.”
The two new affiliates are:
- WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Watson & Associates, Coppell, TX. A 28-year veteran of real estate, Leanna Watson is broker/owner.
- WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Intown Properties, Houston, TX. Stephen A. Thistle is owner and broker. His real estate career spans 22 years, and he serves on the Boards of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Houston Association of REALTORS®.
