Weichert, Realtors® Adds Three Franchise Offices in Massachusetts and New York

Morris Plains, N.J. — Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues its expansion in the Northeast with the openings of a franchise office in Norwell, MA, and two more offices in NY, located in Liverpool and in West Islip.  Weichert’s growing NY presence now includes 45 open company-owned and franchised sales offices.

           

The three new Weichert affiliates are:

  • WEICHERT, REALTORS® - The Chase Team, Norwell, MA.  Owner and Broker Donna Chase converted her independent agency south of Boston to Weichert’s newest affiliate in the Bay State. 
  • WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Professional Services, Liverpool, NY.  Rich VanLiew is the owner and broker of this four-year-old agency serving the Greater Syracuse area. 
  • WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Shore to Shore, West Islip, NY.  This four-year-old agency owned by Bill Deegan, president, and Barry Turk, broker of record, joins 12 other affiliated Weichert offices open on Long Island.
