Weichert Grows in the East With New Franchise Offices in Mass., N.J. and S.C.

Morris Plains, N.J. — Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues its expansion up and down the East Coast with the opening of new franchise offices in Auburn, Mass., in Margate City, N.J., and in Mount Pleasant, S.C.

The three new Weichert affiliates are:

·          WEICHERT, REALTORS® — Home & Land Partners, Auburn, Mass. Broker Derek Alfama and broker/attorney Lawrence “Larry” Army Jr., Esq., are the owners of Weichert’s first affiliated office in Worcester County, one of the fastest growing counties in the Bay State.

·          WEICHERT, REALTORS® — SeaGate, Margate City, N.J. Owner Doreen “Dee” Kraemer, a 20-year veteran with the Weichert Family of Companies, launched this new office serving the N.J. shore area. Lois Chamberlain is broker of record.

·          WEICHERT, REALTORS® — Dean-Kelby, Mount Pleasant, S.C. This is the third office for the company, which opened its first affiliated Weichert office in Mount Pleasant in September 2003 and a second location in Charleston in July 2005. President/CEO Bryan Crabtree is broker of record.
