In converting his four-year-old agency into a Weichert affiliate, broker/owner Luis Morales added three partners from within the company: realtors Janeth Ochoa, Teresita Ahedo, and Debbie Esco, who will be named a managing broker in the near future. Morales is the founder and 2007 president-elect of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Atlanta Chapter.
