Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Announces Four Promotions

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the rapidly growing franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, has announced these four promotions:

 

§          Kirk Miller, a four-year veteran of the franchise organization’s management team, was named Vice President, Business Development.  Prior to joining Weichert, he was vice president of sales and management development for a regional real estate company in Indiana and in his home state of Kentucky. 

§          Ann Harper was promoted from Assistant Vice President to Vice President, Admin/IT.  The Atlanta native joined Weichert Real Estate Affiliates during its formation.  Previously, Harper worked in a similar capacity with two other major franchise organizations.

§          Mary Jo Erikson was promoted from Director to Assistant Vice President, Member Services.  With the Weichert franchise since its inception, in 2003 she was honored as a Weichert Family of Companies’ “Employee of the Year.”  Erikson has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management, and previously was a training coordinator and member-services facilitator for another franchise organization.

§          Mark W. Hanna, a business consultant with Weichert Real Estate Affiliates since January 2003, was promoted to Senior Business Consultant, assisting affiliated offices from New England through the Mid Atlantic states and the Midwest.  Previously, the native Philadelphian was a vice president of training for a 19-office Philadelphia real estate firm, a real estate branch manager, and a regional director of training.
