Weichert Financial Services Boosts Its Performance Guarantee To $5,000

Recently, the company raised its closing performance guarantee on all eligible transactions from $1,000 to $5,000. Subject to certain restrictions and availability, generally residential homebuyers who elect Weichert Financial Services’ package of mortgage financing, homeowner’s insurance, and title insurance for purchase transactions through Weichert’s company-owned offices are eligible for the $5,000 Performance Guarantee.
