Weichert, Realtors® Adds Franchise Offices in Tennessee and Missouri

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, announced the openings of new franchise offices in Collierville, Tenn., and in Florissant, Mo. The new Tennessee affiliate is Weichert’s first franchise office serving the greater Memphis market.
In welcoming the new affiliates, Martin J. Rueter, president of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, said, “We look forward to helping these like-minded companies bring Weichert’s customer-focused service to their respective markets.”
The two new Weichert affiliates are:
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® -- Chapman & Associates, Collierville, Tenn. A Memphis native, Amy Chapman, is the broker/owner of this new agency serving suburban Collierville and the Memphis area.
§ WEICHERT, REALTORS® -- Cohen & Associates, Florissant, Mo. Broker/Owner Joe Cohen is the second independent agency owner in the St. Louis area to join Weichert.
