Weichert, Realtors® Expands in New York With Two New Franchise Offices

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, continues to strengthen its presence in New York state.
The company announced the openings of two more franchise offices there, located in the greater Rochester suburb of Pittsford and in Long Island’s West Babylon. The new offices bring the growing roster of Weichert offices open in New York to 43, including 11 company-owned and 32 affiliated offices

The two new Weichert affiliates are:
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® -- The Rich Group, Pittsford, N.Y. Broker/Owner Robert Rich and his wife and business partner, real estate veteran Sharon Rich, head this new affiliate serving the Rochester area.
· WEICHERT, REALTORS® -- Sea Crest Properties, West Babylon, N.Y. Broker/Owner Joe Donofrio, a West Babylon native, transitioned his 11-year-old independent agency into Weichert’s newest franchise office on Long Island.
