Weichert Relocation Resources Names Bill Nemer Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — Aram Minnetian, President of Weichert Relocation Resources Inc., announced that Bill Nemer has joined the company as Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness. In this role, Nemer will assume responsibility for spearheading organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement and performance management initiatives across Weichert Relocation Resources’ global operations.

Nemer’s primary focus will be the introduction and implementation of a company-wide process management discipline to drive targeted and quantifiable improvements in productivity, quality and service. He will also champion Weichert Relocation Resources’ Balanced Scorecard (BSC) initiatives, communicating results and further embedding the BSC framework across the company’s colleague and supplier bases.

Nemer brings over 20 years of experience in relocation operations and quality management to his role. Prior to joining Weichert Relocation Resources, he worked for Prudential Relocation, serving in such critical roles as VP, Service Delivery, and VP, Operational Excellence. Nemer is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
