Weichert, Realtors Grows in Connecticut With Affiliation of Three Former Beazley Offices

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ - Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors®, announced that three former Beazley Co. affiliate offices in Connecticut have become Weichert franchisees. The three offices, located in Branford, Orange, and Wallingford, serve the Greater New Haven area, where they maintain a dominant market share.

The former Beazley offices that are now Weichert affiliates are:

• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Shoreline Properties, Branford, CT – Co-owners Dave Burke and Cal Laird, who purchased the office in 1980, are the only former Beazley owners hired by original company founder, William T. Beazley.  Laird is broker of record for the office, located at 707 Main Street.
• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Regional Properties, Orange, CT – Located at 185 Boston Post Road, the new affiliate is owned and operated by 22-year partners Clem Fucci and Tom Cavaliere, along with Nick Mastrangelo, a managing partner since 2001.  Fucci is broker of record.
• WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Quinnipiac Properties, Wallingford, CT -- Fred Gettner, broker/owner since 1980, manages the office, located at 221 North Main Street.
  The three new Greater New Haven affiliates bring the number of opened Weichert offices in the Nutmeg State to ten.  Weichert also has affiliated offices in Middlebury, Southbury, and Waterbury, as well as company-owned offices in Greenwich, Ridgefield, Stamford, and Westport.
