Patrice Labelle Joins Weichert Relocation Resources as Vice President, Process and Quality

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J.-- Aram Minnetian, president of Weichert Relocation Resources Inc., announced that Patrice Labelle has joined the company as Vice President, Process and Quality. In this position, Labelle will spearhead business process improvement and quality initiatives across North America for the company’s Mobility Solutions business unit.

A Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Labelle has 18 years of corporate relocation and quality management experience. Prior to joining Weichert Relocation Resources, she served as Client Service Director for Cendant Mobility, and Director of Process and Technology for GMAC Relocation, where she earned the prestigious Operational Excellence Award.

Labelle’s role is further testament to Weichert Relocation Resources’ commitment to delivering superior customer service experiences. Working out of the company’s Chicago office, she will introduce Six Sigma and ISO methodologies to the Mobility Solutions business unit, and work to achieve tangible improvements in productivity, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
