Weichert Relocation Resources Announces Expanded Roles for Key Executives

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – Aram Minnetian, President of Weichert Relocation Resources Inc., has announced expanded roles for two of the company’s key executives. Michelle Nerny has been named Senior Vice President, Mobility Solutions, and Jim Schneider has been named Senior Vice President, Business Development and Relationship Management.

In her new role, Nerny will be responsible for client and customer service operations throughout North America. She will develop and implement processes and best practices to optimize service quality at every level, and drive the company’s progressive customer service and performance measurement initiatives. Regional Vice Presidents at Weichert Relocation Resources’ eight North American offices will report directly to her.

Schneider, who joined Weichert Relocation Resources in 2003 as Senior Vice President, Business Development, is assuming a broader leadership role within the company. In addition to business development, consulting, marketing and brand management, he will oversee the company’s relationship management efforts. Schneider will focus on implementing account management disciplines, strengthening client partnerships and defining processes critical to exceeding client expectations.
