Weichert Relocation Resources Names Steve Thorne Director of Business Development

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. -- Jim Schneider, Senior Vice President of Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI), recently announced that Steve Thorne has joined the company as Director, Business Development for the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) region.
Based in WRRI’s London office, Thorne brings close to ten years of relocation, business development and management experience to his role. He most recently served as Director of International Accounts for Ascott International, one of the world’s largest temporary housing providers, where he developed comprehensive, custom solutions for a wide range of global clients. Prior to that, he honed his sales and client relationship management acumen in key positions with such companies as Oakwood Worldwide and Chard, a London-based property management company.
